DLC diamond-like vacuum coating machine can make DLC coating film.It has stable quality, and the substrate with good strength, wear resistance, low coefficient of friction, excellent corrosion resistance and good comprehensive performance. Widely used in engine parts, non-ferrous metal cutting tools, non-ferrous metals and stainless steel forming stamping dies, sliding seal member, the semiconductor industry molds, injection molds, textile industry and so on. For different industries and in accordance with customer requirements and the materials, we use different techniques, design the suitble DLC coating vacuum coating equipment to meet customer's requirements.

DLC coating features:
1. It's a good self-lubricating plastic processing application coating;

2. The coating is particularly dense, the deposited film is 1 ~ 3μm, hardness ia 2000HV ~ 2500HV;

3. With excellent anti-friction and anti-wear properties,endure high temperature of 350 ℃, and highly resistant adhesive and abrasive wear;

4. Fast, predictable release greatly improve the quality and productivity, is preferred choice of PECVD coating plastics processing.
