Vacuum plating chamber, its vacuum sealing and indoor sports parts design and materials, full consideration can withstand high temperatures, configuration only, circular arc evaporation source, or with a plurality of rectangular plane arc evaporation source, also can be equipped with a plurality of hollow cathode gun, and impact resistance, has excellent arc flash properties of bias power supply, ensuring adequate plasma density and reaction activity, the film density and the binding force improved. Cost savings

HSC and dry processing

Materials difficult to be processed

Re-coating
