Product brief introduction
This series equipments is used for the super hard film. It's suitable for the mold, tools, knives industries etc, to get were-resistant and anti-corrision film, to improve its service life.

Super hard coating solutions equipments include TOOL & DIE SUPER SUBDURAL ION PLATING MACHINE and HOLLOW CATHODE ION COATING EQUIPMENT. These 2 equipments are designed for the super hard film. It’s suitable for the mold, tools, knives industries etc. to get more wear-resistant, anti-corrosion coating film. It can improve the 3-10 times service life for knives and 5-10 times life for mold.

Coating material: TiN, TiC, TiCN, TiAlN, TiAlCN, TiCrN, TiCrCN, TiAlCrN、ZrN, CrN, DLC, multi-layer super hard film.

PVD coating can provide excellent adhesion, hardness, and wear-resistance. Our single layer option includes TiN, CrN, ZrN and AlTiN. If your application requires, we can also offer multi layer coating such as TiCN.

This coating has excellent hardness and anti-adhesion performance
CrN
This coating has super hard strength and can prevent cold pressing adhesion.         
TiCN
This coating has excellent hardness. Its excellent were-resistant protection makes it as an ideal choice for the cooling lubricants abrasive load components etc.
ZrN
ZrN coating’s micro roughness can be adjusted to a limited specification. So this coating is the ideal choice for the tapping and decorative applications.
AlTiN
This coating has excellent hardness and strength, oxidative resistance and chemical inertness.
