Super hard coating solutions equipments include TOOL & DIE SUPER SUBDURAL ION PLATING MACHINE and HOLLOW CATHODE ION COATING EQUIPMENT. These 2 equipments are designed for the super hard film. It’s suitable for the mold, tools, knives industries etc. to get more wear-resistant, anti-corrosion coating film. It can improve the 3-10 times service life for knives and 5-10 times life for mold.
PVD coating can provide excellent adhesion, hardness, and wear-resistance. Our single layer option includes TiN, CrN, ZrN and AlTiN. If your application requires, we can also offer multi layer coating such as TiCN.

This coating has super hard strength and can prevent cold pressing adhesion.
